M.S FRAME PORTA CABIN SPECIFICATION
WALLS - Walls shall be made of 38mmX38mm (18G) MS square pipe 600mm center to center in vertical and main M.S pillar 58mmX58mm (16G), with 8-10mm E-water and termite proof silica fiber board
DOORS - Solid wooden flush door
WINDOW - Bombay sliding aluminum window size 3ftx3ft .
INSULATION - Cabin has insulation of 25mm glass wool/38mm 18D thermocol.
PAINT - Water proof texture paint on walls.
FLOOR - Floor shall be made of MS pipe 38mmx38mm (18g) of grid 600mmx600mm with 16mm water and termite proof E-board on top.
ELECTRIFICATON - Cabin shall be provided with copper wiring.
ROOF - Color coated G.I sheet with false ceiling of / gypsum /mineral fiber600mmx600mm .
SPECIFICATION OF E.P.S Panel SANDWICHED PORTA CABIN
EPS (Expanded comm. Is used as an insulation material with Galvanized iron sheet cladding both sides, compressed with high pressure to form a rigid as well as hard panels. With Density 20+2kg/M3 onwards. This is sand coated on both sides, which makes it easier, for any kind of paint on it. Very useful in low lost shelters, sites, offices etc. Aesthetus of normal civil wall can be maintained.
POLYSTREN
Panels are available in Thickness of 50MM, 75MM, 100MM etc. Both with GI and P.CGI sheet option.
FRAME WORK OF FLOOR - The frame work of platform shall be made of M.S steel pipe 40mmx40mm of 18g thick with 600mmx600mm grid.
DOORS - The wooden flush doors shall be made out of texture coated exterior grade. The dimension of door is 7ftx 3ft for room and 7ftx 2ft for toilet with L-drop for locking arrangement.
WINDOW - Bombay sliding aluminum window with 4mm glass.
PAINT - Exterior and interior with water proof texture paint.
ROOF - The roof will also be made out of 75 mm thick G.I thermocol sandwich panel. The lower portion of panel forms the ceiling of porta cabin OR Roof is made of M.S pipe 40MMX 40MM (18g) with color coated sheet on top and false ceiling of gypsum/mineral fiber site
SPECIFICATION OF CFP
CF of thickness 6MM to 10MM are used both sides with EPS Insulation, held on specially formed ?'H' Section to hold Panel. Light weight compared to Aerocon panels. Easy to dismantle and shift. The ex…… and …….. side be painted easily. Density 20+2kg/m3 on words.
SHEET SANDWICHED PORTA CABIN
FRAME WORK OF WALL - The wall panel shall be made out of 62mm thick made out of 6mm thick Cement fiber board on both side thermo Cole of 50mm thick .
FRAME WORK OF FLOOR - The frame work of platform shall be made of M.S steel pipe 40mmx40mm of 18g thick with 600mmx600mm grid mounting with 16mm CFB board to provide sturdy portable floor 6” above ground level on top that PVC wonder floor make 1.3mm thick.
DOORS - The wooden flush doors shall be made out of texture coated exterior grade. The dimension of door is 7ftx 3ft for room and 7ftx 2ft for toilet with L-drop for locking arrangement.

Walls: – Supply and installation wall Puff panels will be made up of 50mm thick composite PUF sandwich between PPGI sheets. The panels shall be made of micro ribbing PPGI sheet on both side with 50mm thick layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam of density of 40±2 Kg/m3. And avoid scratches during transportation & installation. The interior and exterior color of panels will be appliance /off white.
Roof – Supply and installation of roof will be made out of steel/ e.p.s sandwich panels with locking systems.The e.p.s used as the core will be of self-extinguishing type. The overall thickness of the panel will be 50mm.
Superstructure – Supply and installation Superstructure work for roofing structure comprising of MS Tubular rectangular and square (as required) sections with the systems of purling and portals.
False floor: - Supply and installation of false floor will be made out of MS Tubes of size - 60x40, 72x72 with grid system covered with 18mm board.
False Ceiling - Supply and installation of false ceiling will be of gypsum ceiling tile 2’x2’ supported grid of GI ceiling channels with interlocking channels supported with structure pipes with GI wire.
Floor Tile - Supply and fixing of floor tile will be made out of vitrified tiles size 600x600mm Make - Kajaria/orient/somany or equivalent the tiles will be fixed with cement and cores sand at one level.
Electrical – All electrical will be providing as per. The switches will be of Anchor Roma/ East west Modular/ type, PVC battens with internal wiring wire makes—KEI all MCBs make – C&S. Electrical fixtures like lights, lamps, AC and fans will be provided by the client. External main line wiring is out of our scope.
Doors – Supply and installation will be commercial flush type doors with enamel paint finish on it with locking arrangement.
Windows: – Supply and installation of windows will be made out of aluminum powder coated sliding type with all hardware’s.
Finishing - The building will be finished in stucco emboss rustic texture on the outside of the walls and plain paint with finishing of OBD will be provided on all the internal walls.
Aerocon Panels or Portland Cement Panels technical specifications
